Shipping and returns

Workshop pickup in Sarajevo is supported in the MVP. After an order or manual confirmation, the workshop arranges the pickup time.

For custom and restoration work, pickup is arranged only after the piece has been reviewed, confirmed, and marked ready.

Direct checkout supports delivery within Bosnia and Herzegovina. The currently configured courier is local courier, and the configured delivery fee is 10 BAM.

The delivery fee is configurable in admin settings and may change if packaging or courier operating costs change.

International shipping is available by request only. Costs are confirmed manually before payment because each copper piece may differ in size, weight, fragility, and packaging needs.

After receiving an inquiry, the workshop reviews the item, destination country, packaging requirements, courier options, estimated delivery time, and total cost. Customs duties, import taxes, and local charges may be the customer’s responsibility.

If an order arrives damaged or there is a delivery issue, contact the workshop as soon as possible with the order number and a description of the problem.

Custom pieces, personalized objects, and restoration work may have special handling because they are made or restored for a specific customer. Returns are reviewed manually.
